1. How many people can the villa accommodate?

Assagao Heritage can be rented as a fully serviced three bedroom villa only. The bedrooms can accommodate sleep 2 persons each.

However, our luxury heritage accommodation can be stretched to 8 persons, by providing an extra bed each in two of the three rooms.


2. Where is the villa located?

As the name suggests, Assagao Heritage is located in the village of Assagao, a charming well laid out village in the Bardez district of North Goa.

Our villa is 40 Kms from Dabolim International Airport, 15 Kms from Tivim Raliway Station, 6 Kms from the town of Mapusa, 18 Kms from the capital city Panjim and 2 kms from the nearest beach.


3. What are the amenities and inclusions that come along with the reservation of the villa?

* Satellite TV in white and Red room only

* Hot beverages Tea/ coffee with Breakfast only

* Hot water geyser in the bathrooms

* Bed linen, Bath and pool towels

4. What are the services which will be charged extra?

Arrival and departure transport, if requested, will be charged extra. If you require a car and driver during your stay, arrangements can be made by us at an extra cost.

Breakfast is complimentary. However if hot snacks or a home cooked meal (lunch or dinner) is required, it can be arranged with prior notice and at an extra cost. (Details of which are with the caretaker)

A few restaurants in the vicinity offer a home delivery option.


5. What is the booking and cancellation policy?

The villa must be booked for a minimum of 2 nights stay. Contact us by email or through the booking form, giving us the dates you are looking at.

Once we receive your query, we will revert to you with availability and rates.

At the time of confirmation, you would need to pay a non refundable advance of 30% through credit card or bank transfer. The balance should be transferred 7 days prior to arrival.
